saturday souji and sentaku

01/16/10 room, afternoon - I got up at 7 o’clock at went down for breakfast at 8. Then I did laundry. Saturday is souji and sentaku day in this house (cleaning and laundry). So I vaccumed my room and tidied. We also aired out the futons and blankets. I was still going through all my papers when it was time for lunch. Then my host mom wanted to know if I would like to go for a walk around the rice paddy fields. I have been meaning to do just that so I said sure. It was nice. Now I will try to do homework for my religions class. Sorry that was a really short entry! 13:39 (J time)
